Louis Barrios
President and general manager of the Barrios Family Restaurants, Louis oversees development, marketing and PR, as well as catering and daily operations. He has received awards from the Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, The SA Restaurant Association, and St. Mary's University, and has been active in community affairs including the San Antonio Food Bank, American Diabetes Assoc., March of Dimes, and high school and college mentor programs. He continues to serve on numerous civic committees. You often find Louis chatting with customers as friends and family. “We welcome every customer as we would a guest in our home,” he says.
