Reservations
La Hacienda tries our best to welcome all groups that want
to dine at La Hacienda. Our managers use
their discretion to accept reservations based on availability and weather. Reservations are booked on a first-come,
first-serve basis.
Below are some general guidelines regarding reservations at
La Hacienda. Please note that these are
flexible guidelines and should not be considered unbreakable rules. If you would like to book a reservation,
please call us at (210) 497-8000 and ask for a manager.
General Guidelines:
- Monday
to Thursday: Reservations are available for groups of 10 or more.
- Friday
to Sunday: Reservations are
available for groups of 15 or more.
- Friday
& Saturday evenings have two seating's. The early seating starts before 6:30 pm; the later seating starts
after 8:00 pm.
- Friday
& Saturday evenings: The later seating reservations will start within
30 minutes of the time for which they are booked.
- Reservations
are booked for two hours, unless additional time is requested when the
reservation is made.
- Reservations
are held with a credit card on file.
The credit card is not charged at the time the reservation is made.
- A
cancellation fee is charged to the credit card on file if the event is
canceled with less than two hours notice or with no notice at all.
- The
amount of the cancellation fees varies depending on party size and event
time. Please speak to a manager for
more information.
