La Hacienda de Los Barrios Catering

Deposit:
A deposit of one third of the total cost of the event
is due to secure your reservation. No refunds.

Payment:
Payment for your event is due two weeks prior to time of service.

Prices include:
China, flatware, and glass. Linen napkins are available at $.75 each.
Disposable plates, plasticware, and paper napkins are available upon request. Linen tablecloths are available at $10 each.
Linen table skirting is available at $25 each.

Duration:
All events are priced on one and one half hours of service.
(Extra Cost of $300 for each additional hour of service)

Guest Count:
An accurate guest count is due 48 hours prior
to the engagement. No changes accepted

All Prices are subject to sales tax and a 19% service charge.

Bar Package $4.95 per person:
includes sodas, bottled water, mixers,
garnishments, and clear acrylic glassware
Liquor pricing is available upon request
Add $200 if supplying your own alcohol.
Margarita machine rental is available
at the cost of $175 per machine for your event.
Each bartender will cost $150 for your event.

All catered events include two servers.
Additional servers are available at $75 each for your event.
Prices for service staff are based on two and one half hours of service.
Additional service will be charged for at a prorated rate
based on the time required.

Entertainment:
Mariachi bands are available and priced upon request.
DJ service is available and priced upon request.

Decorations:
Fresh Flowers are available and priced upon request.
Themed décor is available and priced upon request.
